摘要
通过对G市的实证调研,深入分析了当前乡村小规模学校面临的多重现实困境,主要表现在:地理偏远,布局分散;教育设施短缺,经费不足;课程与教学资源建设滞后;师资资源严重匮乏这几个方面存在的困境.希望能为后续研究乡村小规模学校的创新管理模式、发展机制、管理主体及价值取向等,重塑乡村小规模学校"优质均衡"发展的价值理念奠定一定的参考价值.
Through the empirical research on G city,the in-depth analysis of the multiple practical dilemmas faced by the current small-scale rural schools is mainly manifested in:geographical remoteness,scattered distribution;shortage of educational facilities and insufficient funds;lagging construction of curriculum and teaching resources;serious shortage of teacher resources difficulties in these areas.It is hoped that it will lay a certain reference value for the follow-up research on the innovative management mode,development mechanism,management subject and value orientation of small-scale rural schools,and to reshape the value concept of"high-quality and balance"development of small-scale rural schools.
