摘要
本文着重探讨高校专业学位在职研究生双导师协同培养的必要性、作用,发现培养机制、实施效果方面仍存在的问题并针对性提出改进建议.
This paper focuses on the necessity and function of the collaborative cultivation of the double tutors for the in-service postgraduates of the professional degree in colleges and universities,finds out the problems in the cultivation mechanism and the implementation effect,and puts forward suggestions for improvement.
