论大学生体质健康测试对高职体育教学的影响

On the Influence of College Students’ Physical Health Test on Physical Education Teaching in Higher Vocational Colleges

大学生这个庞大的群体,一直以来对于社会而言都是最有朝气,最具希望的一个群体.大学生的身体健康问题可以说关乎国家民族的未来,培养大学生坚定的意志品质和强健的体魄、健康的身心是一个国家强盛社会进步的重要基础.但从近些年的调查数据来看,我国大学生的整体身体素质呈现出明显的下降趋势,这将在一定程度上对大学生的学习与日常生活带来一些不利的影响.因此,高职体育教学的改革工作可谓势在必行,高职院校必须充分考虑到当前大学生体质健康的实际状况,立足于教学方法、模式、内容、设施及评价方式等方面做出相应的改革,让新时代的大学生群体更加健康、全面地发展.

College students,a huge group,have always been the most energetic and hopeful group for the society.College Students'physical health is related to the future of the nation.Cultivating college students'firm will and strong physique and healthy physical and mental health is an important foundation for a country's prosperity and social progress.However,from the survey data in recent years,the overall physical quality of college students in our country shows an obvious downward trend,which will bring some adverse effects on college students'study and daily life to a certain extent.Therefore,the reform of physical education in higher vocational colleges is imperative.Higher vocational colleges must fully consider the actual situation of college students'physical health,and make corresponding reforms based on teaching methods,modes,contents,fac>ilities and evaluation methods,so as to make the college students in the new era develop more healthily and comprehensively.
