外科护理校内实践教学方法改革研究——以甘肃医学院为例 被引量:1

摘要 目的:研究分析校内外科护理学实践教学改革的作用.方法:选取我校17级本科护理学专业1班42名学生,17级本科护理学专业2班43名学生,对1班实施改革教学,对2班实施传统教学,对比两个班级学习后理论掌握情况及实际操作水平.结果:改革教学组学生各项能力及对教学满意率均优于传统教学组,P<0.05,具有统计学意义.结论:对护理校内实践教学方法进行改革后,增加了学生对学习的兴趣,提高了学生之间的团队协作能力,有效的提升了教学质量. Objective:To study and analyze the role of practical teaching reform in surgical nursing.Methods:42 students of grade 17 undergraduate nursing specialty in class 1 and 43 students in class 2 of grade 17 undergraduate nursing specialty were selected to implement reform teaching in class 1 and traditional teaching in class 2.The theoretical mastery and practical operation level of the two classes were compared.Results:the ability and satisfaction rate of students in the reform teaching group were better than those in the traditional teaching group,P<0.05,with statistical significance.Conclusion:after the reform of practice teaching method in nursing school,students'interest in learning was increased,the team cooperation ability among students was improved,and the teaching quality was effectively improved.
