大学生学习拖延的现状与成因

与其他阶段的学习相比,大学学习比较轻松,学生拥有更多的时间可以自由支配,这也就造成在大学学习阶段学生呈现出两极分化的局面,一部分学生能够明确自己未来的发展目标,对自己的学习、生活和工作时间进行合理分配,使自己的生活变得充实,不断提升自己的综合能力素质;而另一部分学生比较迷茫,找不到努力的方向,在学习方面表现出拖延的情况,这不利于自身能力的提升以及未来的发展情况.

Compared with other stages of learning,university learning is more relaxed,students have more time to freely control,which also leads to the polarization of students in the university learning stage.Some students can make clear their future development goals and reasonably allocate their study,life and working time,which makes their life full and improve constantly.The other part of the students are confused,unable to find the direction of their efforts,and show delay in learning,which is not conducive to the improvement of their own ability and future development.
