美英两国工程博士培养经验及对我国高校的启示 被引量:12

摘要 美英两国均高度重视工程教育,都将培养高层次的工程人才作为国家的重要发展战略,在适应国家发展需要的基础上分别建立了相对成熟的工程博士培养模式。我国的工程博士教育经过近十年的发展,取得了一定成效,同时也存在一些问题。高校可借鉴美英两国工程博士培养经验,进一步强化对工程博士招生选拔的规范和引导、改进工程博士培养方式和标准、健全工程博士培养的校企协同机制、丰富工程博士培养质量保障主体,从而完善工程博士培养体系,提升工程博士教育质量。 Both America and Britain attach great importance to the engineering education,and both regard the cultivation of high-level engineering talents as an important national development strategy.Therefore,the training mode of engineering doctors is more mature and catering to the needs of their national development.After nearly ten years of development,China’s engineering doctoral education has achieved certain results,but there are still some problems.The colleges and universities in China could learn from the experience of America and Britain in doctoral education in engineering,further strengthening the specification and guidance for the selection of engineering doctoral candidates,optimizing the training method and standard of engineering doctor,improving the collaborative mechanism between school and enterprise for training doctors of engineering and enriching the subjects of quality assurance for the doctoral education in engineering,so as to facilitate the training system of engineering doctors and to improve the quality of doctoral education in engineering.
