摘要
目的探讨新型冠状病毒肺炎(COVID-19)疫情期间线上规范化药学培训(简称药培)模式。方法以46名目前正在四川大学华西医院参加药培的2019级学员为例,利用微信公众平台对其实行线上培训,并以问卷调查形式分析学员体验感。结果制订了线上药培模式,药培学员对培训效果体验感良好。结论在COVID-19疫情期间,应灵活选用药培方式,在确保学员的人身安全的同时保持培训进度。
Objective To investigate the online mode of standardized training of pharmacists during the outbreak of coronavirus disease2019(COVID-19).Methods Totally 46 trainees of grade 2019 who were currently participating in the training in West China Hospital of Sichuan University were taken as examples to conduct online training on the We Chat public platform,and their experience was analyzed by the questionnaire survey.Results The online training mode was established,and the trainees had a good experience of online training.Conclusion During the outbreak of COVID-19,the training methods should be flexibly changed to ensure the safety of trainees and keep the training progress.
