补肾益智活血汤联合穴位贴敷佐治阿尔茨海默病临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Bushen Yizhi Huoxue Decoction Combined with Acupoint Application in the Adjuvant Treatment of Alzheimer’s Disease

目的探讨补肾益智活血汤联合穴位贴敷佐治阿尔茨海默病(AD)的临床疗效及对患者脑损伤标志物水平的影响。方法选取开滦总医院赵各庄医院2018年1月至2020年1月收治的AD患者88例,按随机数字表法分为试验组和对照组,各44例。两组患者均予常规西医治疗,试验组患者加用补肾益智活血汤、穴位贴敷。两组均连续治疗12周。结果试验组总有效率为90.91%,明显高于对照组的72.73%(P<0.05);治疗后,试验组患者的老年痴呆量表-认知评分量表(ADAS-cog)、匹兹堡睡眠质量评分(PSQI)及神经元烯醇化酶(NSE)、胶质纤维酸性蛋白(GFAP)、血清同型半胱氨酸(HCY)水平均明显低于对照组,日常生活活动能力量表(ADL)评分明显高于对照组(P<0.05);试验组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(15.91%比9.76%,P>0.05)。结论补肾益智活血汤联合穴位贴敷治疗AD,能改善认知功能和睡眠质量,提高生活质量,降低脑损伤标志物水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Bushen Yizhi Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint application in the adjuvant treatment of Alzheimer’s disease(AD)and its effect on the level of brain injury markers.Methods Totally 88 patients with AD admitted to Zhaogezhuang Hospital of Kailuan General Hospital from January 2018 to January 2020 were selected and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group according to the random number table method,44 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were treated with conventional Western medicine,the patients in the experimental group were treated with Bushen Yizhi Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint application.Both groups were continuously treated for 12 weeks.Results The total effective rate of the experimental group was 90.91%,which was significantly higher than 72.73%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of Alzheimer’s scale cognitive(ADAS-cog)and Pittsburgh sleep quality index(PSQI),the levels of neuron enolase(NSE),glial fibrillary acidic protein(GFAP),serum homocysteine(HCY)in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group,and the activities of daily living(ADL)score in the experimental group was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the experimental group was similar to that in the control group(15.91%vs.9.76%,P>0.05).Conclusion Bushen Yizhi Huoxue Decoction combined with acupoint application in the treatment of AD can improve cognitive function,sleep quality and life quality of patients,reduce the levels of brain injury markers.
