辛伐他汀佐治急性冠脉综合征临床评价

Clinical Evaluation of Simvastatin in the Adjuvant Treatment of Acute Coronary Syndrome

目的探讨辛伐他汀对急性冠脉综合征(ACS)患者血清内皮素(ET)、血管内皮生长因子(VEGF)、基质金属蛋白酶9(MMP-9)水平,以及炎性反应和应激反应的影响。方法选取医院2016年2月至2019年4月收治的ACS患者120例,随机分为观察组和对照组,各60例。两组患者均予常规治疗,观察组患者加用辛伐他汀片口服。两组均持续治疗4周。结果治疗后,观察组患者的ET、VEGF、MMP-9、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、白细胞介素6(IL-6)、白细胞介素8(IL-8)、肾素、肾上腺素(E)、血管紧张素Ⅱ(AngⅡ)、去甲肾上腺素(NE)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);两组患者均未出现明显不良反应。结论辛伐他汀可降低ACS患者血清的ET,VEGF,MMP-9水平,减弱应激反应及炎性反应。

Objective To investigate the effect of simvastatin on the levels of serum endothelin(ET),vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF),matrix metalloproteinase-9(MMP-9),the inflammatory reaction and stress response in the patients with acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods Totally 120 patients with ACS admitted to our hospital from February 2016 to April 2019 were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group,60 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups were given conventional treatment,on this basis,the patients in the observation group took Simvastatin Tablets orally.Both groups were continuously treated for 4 weeks.Results After treatment,the levels of ET,VEGF,MMP-9,tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α),interleukin-6(IL-6),interleukin-8(IL-8),renin,epinephrine(E),angiotensinⅡ(AngⅡ)and norepinephrine(NE)in the observation group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).There were no obvious adverse reactions in both groups.Conclusion Simvastatin can reduce the levels of ET,VEGF and MMP-9,the stress response and inflammatory reaction of patients with ACS.
