五磨引子汤加减联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗癔病型喘证临床研究

Clinical Study of Modified Wumoyinzi Decoction Combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the Treatment of Hysteric Asthma

目的探讨五磨引子汤加减联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗癔病型喘证的临床疗效。方法选取医院2018年4月至2019年4月收治的癔病型喘证患者152例,按随机数字表法分为对照组和研究组,各76例。两组患者均晨起口服氟哌噻吨美利曲辛片,研究组患者加服五磨引子汤加减,两组均持续治疗30d。结果研究组总有效率为97.37%,显著高于对照组的85.53%(P<0.05);治疗后,研究组患者的用力肺活量(FVC)、第1秒用力呼气容积(FEV1)、呼气峰值流速(PEF)、白细胞介素10(IL-10)及FEV1/FVC均显著高于对照组(P<0.05),白细胞介素6(IL-6)、C反应蛋白(CRP)水平均显著低于对照组(P<0.05);研究组与对照组不良反应发生率相当(3.95%比5.26%,P>0.05)。结论五磨引子汤加减联合氟哌噻吨美利曲辛治疗癔病型喘证,可明显改善肺功能指标和血清炎性因子水平。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of modified Wumoyinzi Decoction combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of hysteric asthma.Methods Totally 152 patients with hysteric asthma admitted to our hospital from April2018 to April 2019 were divided into the control group and the study group according to the random number table method,76 cases in each group.The patients in the two groups took Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets orally in the morning,on this basis,the patients in the study group were treated with modified Wumo Yinzi Decoction.Both groups were continuously treated for 30 d.Results The total effective rate of the study group was 97.37%,which was significantly higher than 85.53%of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the forced vital capacity(FVC),forced expiratory volume in one second(FEV1),peak expiratory flow(PEF),interleukin-10(IL-10)and FEV1/FVC in the study group were significantly higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).The levels of interleukin-6(IL-6)and C-reactive protein(CRP)in the study group were significantly lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions in the study group was similar to that in the control group(3.95%vs.5.26%,P>0.05).Conclusion Modified Wumoyinzi Decoction combined with Flupentixol and Melitracen Tablets in the treatment of hysteric asthma can significantly improve the indexes of pulmonary function and the levels of serum inflammatory factors.
