摘要
为满足实验室电源测试的需要,设计了一种基于同步Buck电路的小功率电子负载,分为主电路和控制电路两部分。提出一种基于同步Buck电路的改良的主电路结构,为了实现负载的连续变化,采用数字PID控制,根据主电路小信号数学模型计算出PID参数范围。针对所提出的电子负载设计方案制作了实物电路板,研究表明设计出来的电子负载能够长时间稳定运行,符合设计要求。
To meet the needs of laboratory power testing, we designed a small power electronic load based on synchronous buck circuit, which is divided into two parts : the main circuit and the control circuit. An improved main circuit structure based on syn-chronous buck circuit is proposed and we choose to adopt digital PID control to realize continuous load change, the PID parameter range is calculated according to the small signal model of the main circuit. According to the design scheme of electronic load, a real circuit board is made. The research shows that the designed electronic load runs stably for a long time, and meets the design requirements.
