Since the founding of the People’s Republic of China in 1949,the CCP has had 70 years of rich practical experience in Party diplomacy,which has played an important role in China’s overall diplomacy.The Party diplomacy of the Chinese Communist Party(CCP)has the dual nature of inter-party appeal and national interests.In its foreign exchanges,the CCP takes national interests as the starting point and end point,and drives state-to-state relations and serves national interests through inter-Party relations.Party diplomacy can break through all kinds of resistance of government diplomacy and effectively safeguard national interests.As one of the important ways of major country diplomacy under socialism with Chinese characteristics,Party diplomacy has become an important organic part of the country’s overall diplomacy.Since the 18th CCP National Congress,Party diplomacy has given play to its unique advantages,promoted and realized national interests,and further enriched the content of major-country diplomacy with Chinese characteristics.
