一种悬吊桥面系拱桥减振加固方法及模型试验 被引量:1

摘要 研究目的:悬吊桥面系拱桥整体性差,在车辆作用下振动较大,需要进行加固。传统增设钢纵梁的加固方法,存在刚度提高有限、连接构造复杂、施工难度大等缺点。本文提出钢箱混凝土组合梁加固方法,即采用钢箱混凝土组合梁作为纵梁连接悬吊桥面系拱桥的混凝土横梁,并通过1/10的模型试验验证此方法的有效性。测试模型加固前后各9种工况,得到1/4、1/2、3/4桥跨处的加速度数据,并采用加权加速度均方值(RMS)作为舒适度指标进行评价。研究结论:(1)钢箱混凝土组合梁加固悬吊桥面系拱桥的方法是可行的,桥梁振动峰值加速度至少降低20%,最大可降低50%;(2)采用加权加速度均方值(RMS)对桥梁结构进行振动舒适度评价,加固后舒适度效果提高20%以上;(3)本文所提出的减振加固方法可为悬吊桥面系拱桥加固提供参考。 Research purposes: The suspension bridge deck is an arch bridge with poor integrity,and it vibrates greatly under the action of vehicles and needs to be reinforced. The traditional reinforcement method of adding steel longitudinal beams has the disadvantages of limited improvement in stiffness, complicated connection structure, and great construction difficulty. This paper proposes a steel box concrete composite beam reinforcement method,that is,the steel box concrete composite beam is used as the longitudinal beam to connect the concrete beam of the suspended bridge deck arch bridge,and the effectiveness of this method is verified by a 1/10 model test. The test model is tested for 9 working conditions before and after reinforcement,and acceleration data at 1/4,1/2,and 3/4 bridge spans are obtained,and the weighted acceleration mean square value( RMS) is used as the comfort index for evaluation.Research conclusions:( 1) The method of strengthening the suspended bridge deck with steel box concrete composite beam is feasible,and the peak acceleration of bridge vibration can be reduced by at least 20%,and the maximum can be reduced by 50%.( 2) By using the weighted acceleration mean square value( RMS),the vibration comfort of the bridge structure is evaluated,and the comfort effect is improved by more than 20% after reinforcement.( 3) The vibration reduction and reinforcement method proposed in this paper can provide a reference for the reinforcement of suspended bridge deck arch bridges.
