新疆白藓种子休眠原因及破除方法初探

摘要 为揭示新疆白藓种子萌发条件,从种子形态、种子吸水情况、种子萌发等方面进行研究的结果表明:新疆白藓种子千粒重为(19.14±0.056)g,内种皮上附有致密的角质与骨状石细胞,吸水内种皮角质化;种子在2~12 h吸水最快,达到鲜种的2.15~3.47倍;经剥皮和激素处理后种子萌发率达到89%,均在4~5天开始萌发,新疆白藓外种皮结构与成分是影响种子萌发的主要因素。 In order to reveal the seed germination conditions of Dictamnus angustifolius, the seed morphology, seed water absorption, seed germination and other aspects were studied. The results showed that: the 1000 seed weight of D.angustifolius was(19.14 ±0.056) g, the inner testa was attached with dense horny and bone like stone cells, and the endotesta was keratinized by water absorption;the water absorption rate of the seeds was the fastest in 2-12 h, which was 2.15~3.47 times of that of the fresh species;the peeling and hormone of the D.angustifolius seed The results showed that the germination rate reached 89% and began to germinate in 4-5 days.
