摘要 以已知拟南芥、水稻的GPAT基因信息为基础,利用毛竹(Phyllostachys pubescens)基因组数据库分析了GPAT基因在毛竹中编码的相关酶类,确定了毛竹基因组中含有16个毛竹GPAT基因,并分析了这些基因的核苷酸序列长度、编码氨基酸的数量、蛋白分子量、基因结构和氨基酸序列保守结构域。 Glycerol-3-phosphate acyltransferase(GPAT)is the rate-limiting enzyme in the biosynthesis of triacylglycerol(TAG)and catalyzes the initial step of TAG biosynthesis.GPAT genes have been cloned in various plants.The enzymes encoded by the GPAT gene are mainly divided into three categories:endoplasmic reticulum GPAT,plastid GPAT,and mitochondrial GPAT.This gene participates in the biosynthesis of various lipids such as triacylglycerol,chitin,and cork resin,and the synthesis of plant oil Related to stress resistance,the article analyzes the related enzymes encoded by the GPAT gene in Phyllostachys pubescens,obtains 16 Phyllostachys pubescens GPAT genes and analyzes the nucleotide sequence length,number of encoded amino acids,protein molecular weight and gene structure map of these genes;And obtained the conserved domain part of Phyllostachys pubescens protein sequence,and found that the 16 Phyllostachys pubescens GPAT sequences all contain the conserved domain of Acyltransferase,and three of them contain the HAD domain.The results showed that The domain was conservatively similar to the Arabidopsis GPAT gene.These results play an important role in the further study of Moso bamboo's resistance mechanism.
