摘要
研究手持GPS测量工具与谷歌地球、Global_Map、MapSoure、ForeStar以及CAD相结合,应用于林地稽查案件的测量与结果输出中。让手持GPS的测量精度更加准确,以及更加直观的展现同一地点不同时期的林地植被变化情况,为行政处罚提供更好的依据。
This paper mainly studies how to combine hand-held GPS measurement tools with Google Earth,global map,mapsoure,ForeStar and CAD,and apply them to the measurement and result output of forest inspection cases.So that the measurement accuracy of hand-held GPS is more accurate,and more intuitive to show the changes of woodland vegetation in different periods of the same location,providing a better basis for administrative punishment.It is more convenient for law enforcement officers to carry out law enforcement through research.
