煤沥青的改性研究

摘要 为提高煤沥青的结焦值,采用4种化学活性剂对甲基苯甲醛、对羟基苯甲醛、硫磺和三聚甲醛对煤沥青进行改性和结焦值分析,同时研究了聚合物丁苯橡胶对降低煤沥青中有毒物质含量的影响。结果表明:采用硫磺改性能显著提高煤沥青的结焦值,但会降低沥青的流动性能,对羟基苯甲醛、对甲基苯甲醛在一定程度上能提高煤沥青结焦值,但效果不如硫磺。丁苯橡胶的动态硫化法能够使煤沥青中苯并芘的质量分数降低50%。 In order to improve the coking value of coal tar pitch,the effects of four kinds of chemical active agents on the coking value of coal tar pitch were compared,including p-methyl benzaldehyde,p-hydroxybenzaldehyde,sulfur and trioxymethylene.Meanwhile,the effects of polymer styrene-butadiene rubber on the reduction of toxic substances in coal tar pitch were studied.The results showed that the coking value of coal tar pitch was significantly improved by the sulfur modification,but the fluidity of asphalt was reduced.P-hydroxybenzaldehyde and p-methyl benzaldehyde could improve the coking value of coal tar pitch to certain extent,but the effect was not as good as sulfur.Dynamic vulcanization of styrene-butadiene rubber could reduce the mass fraction of benzopyrene in coal tar pitch by 50%.
