摘要
选择5种典型动力煤样品,通过实验考察燃烧温度、固硫剂用量对CSFS固硫剂固硫效果的影响。结果发现,煤中硫的释放随燃烧温度升高而增大,在700℃有超过60%的硫释放,从800℃开始煤中硫开始快速释放,在1000℃时基本释放完全;随着固硫剂添加量的增大,固硫率基本呈线性增加的趋势;随燃烧温度升高,固硫率呈下降趋势,900℃时固硫率最大可达80%左右,1150℃时固硫率一般在40%左右。燃煤固硫机理分析得出,固硫剂的固硫效果还受SO2的扩散速度、CaO与SO2的反应速度以及硫酸盐的分解速度等因素影响。CSFS固硫剂中含有的特性催化剂可提高固硫产物的稳定性,对煤中的可燃硫具有较好的固硫效果。
5 typical thermal coal samples were chosen to evaluate the CSFS sulfur-fixing additive performance influenced by the combustion temperature and dosage of additive.The results showed that the release of sulfur in coal increased with the increase of the combustion temperature,and more than 60% sulfur was released at 700℃,the sulfur release started to accelerate from the temperature 800℃,and it was completely released at 1000℃.The sulfur-fixing rate generally increased linearly with the increase of sulfur-fixing additive dosage.The sulfur-fixing rate decreased as the temperature increased.It was up to about 80% at 900℃,and around 40% at 1150℃.Through the analysis of sulfur fixation mechnism of coal combustion,it was concluded that the performance of sulfur-fixing additive was also influenced by the diffusion rate of SO2,reaction rate of CaO and SO2,decomposition rate of sulphate,etc.The performance of CSFS sulfur-fixing additive was good on fixing the combustible sulfur in the coal as the unique catalyst in the additive improved the stability of sulfur-fixing products.
