摘要
介绍了延长石油100 t/d输运床气化中试试验装置的工艺流程及合成气冷却器的结构、工艺原理,针对输运床气化装置中合成气冷却器在运行过程中出现的烟气冷凝、进气管箱堵塞和衬里管道超温等问题,从合成气冷却器的结构设计、工艺过程及操作等方面进行了原因分析,并提出了稳定工艺操作、提高气化炉和焦油裂解器温度、降低反应器气速和气量等措施,基本解决了存在的问题。
The process flow of Yanchang Petroleum 100 t/d transport integrated gasification(TRIG)pilot-scale test unit was introduced,including the structure and process principle of syngas cooler.In view of the problems of flue gas condensation,inlet pipe channel blockage and lining pipe over temperature occurred in the operation of syngas cooler in the transport integrated gasification unit,the causes were analyzed from the aspects of structure design,process and operation of the syngas cooler,put forward with such measures such stabilizing the process operation,increasing the temperature of gasifier and tar cracker,and reducing the gas velocity and gas volume of the reactor.As a result,the problems had been solved effectively.
