摘要
受焦炉煤气供应量不足的限制,焦炉煤气制甲醇装置出现了生产负荷较低的现象,针对焦炉煤气中富氢少碳的特点,益达公司通过外购液态CO2汽化补碳来提高装置甲醇产量。介绍了焦炉煤气制甲醇生产装置中液态CO2汽化补碳的工艺流程、反应机理及转化气组分变化情况,并对甲醇产量以及经济效益进行了分析。结果表明,液态CO2汽化补碳可有效调节转化气组分中的氢碳比,提高甲醇产量。
Limited by the insufficient supply of coke oven gas,there existed the phenomenon of low production load in the coke oven gas to methanol plant.With respect to the characteristics of rich hydrogen and less carbon in coke oven gas,Yida Chemical Co.,Ltd.improved the methanol output of the plant by purchasing liquid CO2.The process flow,reaction mechanism and the change of reforming gas composition of liquid CO2 vaporization for carbon supplement in the coke oven gas to methanol plant were introduced,with the analysis on the methanol output and economic benefits.The results showed that the carbon supplement by liquid CO2 vaporization could effectively adjust the ratio of hydrogen to carbon in the reforming gas and increase the methanol output.
