摘要 针对水煤浆加压气化装置运行中易发生托砖盘(支撑板)温度异常超温问题,从超温现象、原因、危害、预防处置措施、工艺操作优化等方面进行了综合分析探讨,认为托砖盘温度异常主要由煤的黏温特性变差、系统水质恶化、烧嘴雾化差等原因引起,根据以上原因,从日常管控、激冷水量管控、下降管结渣管控、上升气流通道堵塞管控等方面提出优化处置措施方案,有效解决了托砖盘温度异常问题。 To solve the problem of abnormal over-temperature of the supporting tray in the current operation of the coal water slurry pressurized gasification unit,the comprehensive analysis and discussion was made from the aspects of over-temperature phenomena,causes,hazards,preventive measures and process optimization.It was considered that the abnormal temperature of the supporting tray was mainly caused by the deterioration of the viscosity temperature characteristics of coal,the deterioration of the system water quality and the poor atomization of the burner.Based on above analysis,the optimized disposal measures were proposed from the perspectives of daily management and control,chilled water volume control,downcomer slag control,and updraft channel blockage control,which effectively solved the problem of abnormal temperature of the supporting tray.
