摘要
城市环境质量不仅关系到经济社会的可持续发展,而且又是人们赖以生存的基础保障。本文以安徽省城市环境质量为研究对象,构建包括环境状况、环境污染以及环境治理的环境质量综合评价指标体系,并利用熵值法确定统一权重对安徽省2013—2017年的城市环境质量进行了实证评价。结果表明:(1)近5年内,安徽省城市环境质量由南到北逐渐变差;总体来看,自然生态环境较好的城市其综合环境质量优于工业化水平较高的城市;(2)旅游资源丰富的城市环境质量略有下降趋势;(3)资源型城市环境污染较为严重,但通过加大环境治理能够有效改善环境状况,从而提高环境质量。
Urban environmental quality(UEQ)demonstrates the importance of sustainable development and plays a fundamental role in ensuring the well-being of humans as well.Building on the comprehensive evaluation index system and the predetermined unified weight this paper aims to investigate Anhui’s urban environmental quality from 2013 to 2017.Specifically,the evaluation index system comprises three aspects including environmental conditions,environmental pollution and environmental governance.Additionally,this article relies on the entropy method to determine the unified weight for further assessment.As such the paper identifies three key findings.Firstly,in the past five years,UEQ in Anhui has gradually deteriorated from south to north;overall,cities with better natural ecological environment have better comprehensive environmental quality than cities with higher industrialization levels.Secondly,there has been a slightly downward trend of UEQ in Anhui with rich tourism resources.Lastly,resource-based cities seem to experience more negative consequences derived from environmental pollution.However,these cities could focus on environmental governance to effectively improve UEQ.
