江苏省服务业投入产出效益评价研究

STUDY ON THE EVALUATION OF INPUT-OUTPUT BENEFIT OF SERVICE INDUSTRY IN JIANGSU PROVINCE

为了分析出江苏省服务业投入产出效率,采用DEA(数据包络分析)与Malmquist指数相结合的方法,选取江苏省2013—2017年服务业投入产出数据构建评价指标体系进行分析研究。研究结果表明:江苏省服务业存在资源投入不合理、发展不稳定、各地级市之间发展程度差异化较大的问题。根据以上研究结果,给出了调整资源投入、优化资源配置、加强区域交流、发展高新技术的建议。

In order to analyze the input-output efficiency of service industry in Jiangsu Province,DEA(Data Envelopment Analysis)and Malmquist index are combined to select the input-output data of service industry in Jiangsu Province from 2013 to 2017 to construct the evaluation index system for analysis and research.The results show that:there are some problems in the service industry of Jiangsu Province,such as unreasonable resource input,unstable development,and great difference of development degree among different cities.According to the above research results,suggestions are put forward to adjust resource input,optimize resource allocation,strengthen regional exchanges and develop high-tech.
