DESIGN OF CHARGING SYSTEM FOR ELECTRIC VEHICLE IN HIGH RISE RESIDENTIAL DISTRICT

摘要 高层小区和电动车改善了人们的居住和出行。但是,高层小区的电动车充电问题日益严重。采用无线控制与单片机相结合,设计了一款高层小区电动车充电系统,主要包括控制模块、通讯模块、电源模块、驱动模块,电机和线轮等。增加充电器输出端的长度,用电机带动线轮完成收、放电线,实现安全智能充电。需充电或充电完毕后只需用无线遥控,即可控制电机。电源模块采用安全设计以保护各个电子器件。研究了输出端电阻对充电过程的影响。结果表明:随着输出端延长线电阻的增加,充电时间加长,蓄电池的电压和充电电量线性减小。只要楼层不太高,输出端导线电阻不太大,该电动车充电系统就能够满足人们的需要,既解决交流电的安全问题,又能为人们带来很多便利。 High-rise residential district and electric vehicle improve people’s living and travel,but the charging problem of electric vehicles in high-rise district is becoming more and more serious.This study designs charging system for electric vehicle in high rise residential district which combines wireless control and Micro-controller.The design can lengthen the output end of the charger,and put away or unleash wire by motor rotation,then safety intelligent charging is realized.The design includes control module,communication module,power module and driver module.With wireless control in the process of charging or after charging,then motor rotation is controlled.Safety design for power module is aimed at protecting different electronic devices.The dependence of charging process on output wire resistance was studied.The results show that with the increase of output wire resistance,the charging time is longer,the voltage of the battery and the charge quantity of the battery decrease linearly.If the floor is not too high and the output wire resistance is not too large,this system can meet people’s needs.It not only solves the security problem of AC power,but also brings a lot of convenience for people.
