江苏深度融入“一带一路”提升开放型经济水平研究

Research on Enhancing the Level of Jiangsu's Open Economy Under the Background of Deep Integration into"the Belt and Road"

江苏是“一带一路”的交汇点,在高质量推进“一带一路”建设的道路上要想抓住机遇谋求大发展,就要以战略眼光抢占发展先机。国家信息中心“一带一路”大数据中心发挥大数据分析和资源汇集优势,持续开展常态化监测分析,其中的“一带一路”省市参与度评价数据,从政策环境、设施配套、经贸合作、人文交流、综合影响等五个方面较为客观地记录了各省市参与“一带一路”建设的优劣势及综合实力。文章通过对近三年的大数据报告解读与分析,对“一带一路”背景下江苏开放型经济发展进行了思考,提出了不断优化政策环境,提升政策支持力度,完善基础设施建设,推动中欧班列提质增效、创新境外园区建设,护航企业高效“走出去”、拓展对外经贸合作,致力高质量有效投资、深根细作人文交流,打造苏式特色旅游品牌、加强宣传深化合作,积极提升国内外影响力等建议和对策。

Jiangsu is the intersection point of"the Belt and Road".If we want to seize the opportunity and seek great development,we must take the lead in grasping the growth opportunities with a strategic vision.The National Information Center"the Belt and Road"big data center plays the role of big data analysis and resource collection,and continues to carry out the normalization of monitoring and analysis.Among them,the evaluation data of"the Belt and Road"participation of provinces and cities,objectively record the advantages,disadvantages and comprehensive strength of each province and city in the"the Belt and Road"construction from five aspects:policy environment,facilities matching,economic and trade cooperation,cultural exchange and comprehensive influence.Based on the interpretation and analysis of the recent three years'big data report,this paper discusses how to develop Jiangsu's open economy under the background of"the Belt and Road",and puts forward a series of suggestions and countermeasures,such as improving the policy environment and enhancing policy support,perfecting infrastructure construction,promoting the quality improvement and efficiency of CR Express,innovating the construction of overseas parks and escorting enterprises to"go out",expanding the foreign economy and trade cooperation,committing to high quality and effective investment,deepening cultural exchanges and building Jiangsu style characteristic tourism brand,strengthening publicity and cooperation,and actively improving domestic and foreign influence,etc.
