基于三方专利的医学人工智能领域技术竞争态势研究 被引量:7

摘要 目的通过对医学人工智能领域三方专利申请情况的分析来揭示全球技术竞争态势。方法本研究基于智慧芽全球专利数据库,采用专利计量分析结合定性分析的方法,从三方专利的申请与公开态势、法律状态、技术来源地、专利申请机构、技术开发热点等角度揭示医学人工智能领域的技术竞争态势。结果医学人工智能领域共有三方专利申请777组,近几年呈现较好的增长态势;美日荷三国引领全球医学人工智能领域的发展,是主要技术来源地;三方专利申请机构集中于发达国家,荷兰飞利浦、德国西门子和美国通用电气三大跨国医疗器械公司占据主导地位;技术开发热点聚焦在医学影像辅助诊断技术、用于健康管理的信息技术、用于疾病诊疗的信息技术、医学大数据挖掘技术。结论本研究从三方专利角度揭示医学人工智能领域的技术竞争态势,期望为我国医学人工智能领域的发展提供一定的借鉴和参考。 Objective To reveal the technology competition of medical artificial intelligence based on the analysis of triadic patent families.Methods This research retrieved and collected triadic patent families of medical artificial intelligence from the PatSnap database,and revealed the technology competition from the perspective of the application and disclosure of tripartite patent families,legal status,technology source,patent assignees,and technology development hotspots based on patentometrics and qualitative analysis.Results There were 777 tripartite patent families in the field of medical artificial intelligence,with a quick growth trend in recent years.The United States,Japan,and Netherlands,the major technology source,led the development of medical artificial intelligence all over the world.The patent assignees were concentrated in developed countries,with the leading medical device companies such as Philips,Siemens and General Electric.Technology development hotspots were on four aspects,such as medical imaging assisted diagnosis,the information technology for health management,the information technology for disease diagnosis and treatment,and the medical big data mining technology.Conclusion This study reveals the technology competition of medical artificial intelligence from the analysis of tripartite patent families.It is expected to provide some reference for the development of medical artificial intelligence in China.
