摘要
氩等离子体凝固术(Argon Plasma Coagulation,APC)作为一种止血凝固和细胞失活的治疗方法广泛用于临床各科室。本文首先介绍了APC的原理,然后从各个科室的临床应用进行了APC的分类阐述,同时结合各类临床使用研究数据进行了分类比较分析,最后基于技术原理、各类临床应用和数据研究进行总结。本文发现APC可以在临床的内镜治疗、外科手术中安全有效地应用。
Argon plasma coagulation(APC)is widely used in clinical departments as a method of hemostasis,coagulation and cell inactivation.Firstly,the principle of APC was introduced in this paper,and then the classification of APC from the clinical application of each department was described,and the classification and comparative analysis of various clinical use research data were carried out.Finally,based on the technical principle,various clinical applications and data research were summarized.It is found that APC can be used safely and effectively in clinical endoscopic therapy and surgery.
