摘要
总结和分析现有的团队结构、团队工作负荷的定义、评价方法及相关研究,为复杂系统中团队工作负荷的评价提供理论依据。团队工作负荷是研究团队绩效的重要概念,目前团队工作负荷的研究尚处于发展阶段,团队工作负荷的定义及评价方法主要依赖于个人工作负荷的测量,主要有主观评价法、任务绩效法和生理评价法。提出了下一步团队工作负荷研究中应当着重考虑团队工作负荷定义的统一化、评价方法的适用性、工作负荷的动态变化规律及综合评价模型的建立等问题。
To provide a theoretical basis for assessing team workload,the existing team structure,the definition of team workload,the evaluation methods and the related researches were summarized and analyzed.The team workload is an import concept in studying the team performance.At present,the researches on team workload are still in the development stage.The definition and evaluation methods of team workload which rely on the measurement of individual workload mainly include the subjective method,the performance method and the physiological method.Considerations for future studies were proposed such as the unification of team workload definition,the suitability of evaluation methods,the dynamic changes of workload and the establishment of comprehensive evaluation model etc.
