摘要
美国DLC(Designlights Consortium)认证产品目录被公共事业公司用于在美国各地尚未被"能源之星(ENERGY STAR)"标准覆盖的高性能固态照明灯具的推广,主要针对户外商业照明,如工矿灯、路灯、洗墙灯、车库灯等等。2020年2月14日,DLC正式发布固态照明(SSL)技术要求V5.0&V5.1的最终版本,其中对光效,光谱质量,光分布,眩光,闪烁,调光及控制的兼容性等要求做了较大调整。本文从标准新增加内容、实施时间计划表等方面对SSL V5.0&V5.1进行解读,对生产企业给出相关应对建议。
The DLC(Designlights Consortium)certified product catalog is used by utilities throughout the United States to promote high performance solid state lighting that is not covered by the ENERGY STAR standard,primarily for outdoor commercial lighting,such as mine,street,wall wash,garage,and so on.On February 14,2020,DLC released the final version of Solid State Lighting Technical Requirements 5.0&5.1,which include a lot of changes in the requirements of luminous efficacy,light quality,light distribution,glare,flicker,dimming and control compatibility,etc.This paper interprets SSL Technical Requirements V5.0&V5.1 from the aspects of new additions to the standard and implementation schedule,and gives suggestions on how to respond to the new policy for manufacturers.
