摘要
氧化硅纳米线的光学性能和电学性能比较优异,可以作用在电子、光电子和纳米电子器械中。氧化硅纳米线具有生物相容性,在癌症的治疗和诊断等生物医学领域具有广阔的应用前景。因此在当今广受科学家们的重视,所以现阶段制作氧化硅纳米线也就成为了人们广泛讨论的问题。简要概括了制备氧化硅纳米线的方法:溶胶凝胶法、化学气相沉积法、热蒸发法、静电纺丝法、激光烧烛法。
Silicon oxide nanowires have excellent optical and electrical properties and can be used in electronic,photoelectronic and nano-electronic machines.Silicon oxide nanowires have biocompatible and have broad application prospects in the biomedical fields of cancer treatment and diagnosis.Therefore,silicon oxide nanowires are attracted extensive attention from scientists at present,and the production of silicon oxide nanowires have become a widely discussed issue so at present.The preparation methods of silicon oxide nanowires,such as sol-gel method,chemical vapor deposition method,thermal evaporation method,electrostatic spinning method and laser burning method,were summarized briefly.
