热法磷酸水化塔热平衡及热利用效率分析计算

摘要 针对现有热法磷酸二步法水化塔存在余热未被利用的问题,提出水化塔余热利用方案及装置。根据能量平衡得到水化塔的能流图,建立水化塔的热平衡方程式,得到水化塔的热效率正反平衡、塔内换热量、产汽量和各项热损失的计算式,分析了提高水化塔热利用效率的技术措施,并进行实例计算。 Aiming at the problem that the waste heat of the hydration tower of two-step thermal phosphoric acid process was not utilized,a waste heat utilization scheme and device for the hydration tower was proposed.According to the energy balance,the energy flow chart of the hydration tower was obtained,and the heat balance equation of the hydration tower was established.The calculation formula of the thermal efficiency positive and negative balance of the hydration tower,the heat exchange amount in the tower,the steam production and various heat losses were obtained.Technical measures to improve the heat utilization efficiency of the hydration tower were analyzed and an example calculation was conducted.
