湄洲湾沿岸石化产业发展研究

Study on Development of Petrochemical Industry along Meizhou Bay

湄洲湾地区已经建成包括两家大型炼油厂在内的数十家石化企业,具有从炼油到化纤、树脂、高性能化工新材料以及涂料等全石化产业链企业,是中国东南地区的重要石化生产基地之一。但是由于湄洲湾各个产业园缺乏统一的规划,导致湄洲湾地区的石化项目同质化严重,缺乏具有较高竞争力的特色行业。当前,中国东南沿海地区炼油厂林立,湄洲湾的石化产业面临来自周围石化产业的激烈竞争。为了在竞争中获得较大的优势,湄洲湾地区的石化产业在新建设乙烯项目时,应该审慎选择乙烯生产的工业原料路线,分别围绕甲烷氧化耦合制乙烯工艺、乙烷裂解制乙烯工艺等以及原油直接裂解制乙烯工艺进行突破。湄洲湾地区石化下游产业,需要分别依托莆田市特色大健康行业和泉州市正在发展的集成电路行业,对下游大健康新材料行业和电子化工新材料行业进行布局和突破。此外,湄洲湾地区的科研机构应围绕解决湄洲湾地区石化产业的实际工业化问题展开深入研究。

Dozens of petrochemical enterprises including two large-scale refineries have been built in Meizhou Bay area.With a whole petrochemical industry chain from oil refining to downstream chemical fiber,resin,high-performance new chemical materials and coatings,Meizhou Bay is one of the important petrochemical production bases in Southeast China.However,due to the lack of unified planning for the industrial parks in Meizhou Bay,the petrochemical projects in Meizhou Bay area are seriously homogenized,and characteristic industries with high competitiveness are lacked.At present,there are many refineries in the southeast coastal area of China,and the petrochemical industry in Meizhou Bay is facing fierce competition from the surrounding petrochemical industries.In order to gain a greater advantage in the competition,the petrochemical industry in Meizhou Bay area should carefully choose the industrial raw material route for ethylene production when building new ethylene projects,and try to make breakthroughs in the processes such as oxidative coupling of methane for ethylene,cracking of ethane for ethylene and direct cracking of crude oil for ethylene.The downstream petrochemical industry in Meizhou Bay area needs to rely on the characteristic healthcare industry in Putian City and the developing integrated circuit industry in Quanzhou City to make breakthroughs in the downstream healthcare new material industry and electronic chemical new material industry.In addition,the scientific research institutions in Meizhou Bay area should carry out in-depth researches to solve the practical industrialization problems of the petrochemical industry in Meizhou Bay area.
