全电量风(光水)火(生物质)捆绑电力直接交易研究

摘要 为解决风电等波动性清洁能源与连续性用电的电力用户直接交易电力曲线的一致性问题,研究了风电(光伏、水电)与火电(生物质电)按比例捆绑的电力直接交易模式,设计了"撮合挂牌复合竞价联合出清"规则,分析了发用电市场力及抑制方法,提出了优化竞价交易措施。 In order to solve the problem of consistency of power curve for direct trading between volatile clean energy such as wind power and power consumers with continuous electricity consumption,the direct power trading mode of wind(photovoltaic,hydro)power and thermal(biomass)power bound in proportion is studied.The rule of"joint clearing of matching listing compound bidding"is designed.The market power of power generation and consumption and the restraining methods are analyzed,and the optimization bidding trading measures are proposed.
