摘要
在新电改背景下,吸纳中小型客户以扩大竞争份额与规避考核风险已成为售电公司提升核心竞争力的重要途径。提出考虑需求响应(Demand Response,DR)的售电公司交易策略,通过可中断负荷与电量回购的交易策略消纳偏差电量,为售电公司提升用户收益、定制个性化方案以及降低考核风险提供了新型交易策略。算例表明,DR方案补偿与偏差考核费用的综合最优交易策略,能有效规避售电公司为过度消除偏差而盲目补偿的风险,更有助于售电公司在新电改背景下提升市场核心竞争力。
Under the background of new electricity reform,attracting small and medium-sized customers to expand their share of competition and avoid assessment risks has become an important way for electricity retailers to enhance their core competitiveness.A trading strategy of electricity retailers considering demand response is put forward.Through the trading strategy of interruptible load and power repurchase,the deviation of electricity is absorbed,which provides a new trading strategy for electricity retailers to improve customer user revenue,customize personalized solution,and reduce assessment risk.Through the example verification,the comprehensive optimal trading strategy of demand response scheme compensation and deviation assessment cost can effectively avoid the risk of blind compensation by the electricity retailers for excessive elimination of deviation,and it is more helpful for electricity retailers to improve the core competitiveness of the market under the background of new electricity reform.
