基于智能化综采工作面采煤机的惯导系统的设计与研究 被引量:10

摘要 近年来,随着煤炭产业的转型升级和技术革命,智慧煤矿和智能化开采核心技术的研发已成为采矿行业升级发展的强大推动力,智能感知、智能决策和自动控制是智能化开采的三要素,而综采工作面智能化技术是目前国内外研究的重点,通过分析国内外综采工作面智能化开采技术的应用和现状,针对采煤机工况条件,设计抗震动冲击信号处理算法与机械抗震动冲击结构相结合的惯导系统,根据系统指标要求和惯导输出的姿态角度,设计航迹生成算法,自主研究专用于综采工作面智能化技术的采煤机定位、姿态的精准监测和自动取直的惯导系统,对于进一步推动综采工作面智能化开采技术具有非常重要的意义。 In recent years,with the transformation,upgrading and technological revolution of coal industry,the research and development of smart coal mine and intelligent mining core technology has become a powerful driving force for the upgrading and development of mining industry.Intelligent perception,intelligent decision-making and automatic control are the three elements of intelligent mining,and intelligent technology of fully mechanized mining face is the focus of research.By analyzing the present situation of intelligent mining technology in fully mechanized mining face at home and abroad,aiming at the working conditions of shearer,an inertial navigation system combining anti-shock signal processing algorithm and mechanical anti-shock structure is designed.According to the system index requirements and attitude angle of inertial navigation output,the track generation algorithm is designed,and the inertial navigation system for positioning,accurate attitude monitoring and automatic straightening of shearer dedicated to intelligent fully mechanized working face is researched independently,which is of great significance for further promoting intelligent mining technology of fully mechanized mining face.
