摘要 综放工作面过断层极易诱发冲击地压以及顶板灾害。为保障工作面的顺利推进,以孟村煤矿401101工作面为研究对象,在明确地质背景的基础上,采取顺槽注浆锚索补强加固、工作面注浆加固、顺槽深孔爆破等措施,以保障过断层的顺利实施。实践结果表明,3种措施的共同实施,可以有效对断层附近的破碎围岩区凝固结合,提高了破碎带强度,能够形成强有力的支撑体系;同时可以针对上覆煤层集中应力进行释放,减弱下覆煤层冲击压力显现,进而有效控制断层带的围岩变形,减弱冲击地压的影响,保障工作面顺利推采。 It is easy to cause rock burst and roof accident when fully mechanized caving face passes through fault.In order to ensure the smooth progress of the working face,taking the No.401101 working face of Mengcun coal mine as the research object,based on the clear geological background,measures such as grouting anchor cable reinforcement,grouting reinforcement of working face,and deep hole blasting are adopted to ensure the working face to pass through the fault smoothly.The practice shows that grouting measures can effectively reinforce the broken surrounding rock area near the fault,improve the strength of the broken zone,and form a strong support system;the deep hole blasting can release the concentrated stress of overlying strata,weaken the rock burst behavior of coal seam,and effectively control the surrounding rock deformation of fault zone,and ensure the smooth mining of working face.
