摘要
综采工作面安装路线的选择直接影响着设备安装的进展和后期调试工作的开展情况。采煤机、转载机、破碎机等设备更改安装路线会增加作业难度和施工强度,同时贻误既定有限工期等问题,为确定合适的安装运输路线,需预先进行优化分析。黄陵矿业一号煤矿2013年引入多功能车,实现无轨化辅助运输安装,经多年的实践工作,针对不同工作面总结出Ⅰ类、Ⅱ类、Ⅲ类共3套安装方案,并从安装路线、安装方式等方面对各方案进行了优缺点分析。分析认为,充分掌握工作面平面布置的详细情况是讨论安装路线与方式的前提,且安装工作应整体统筹规划、应用,同时注重总结和创新。
The selection of installation route of fully mechanized mining face directly affects the equipment installation progress and later debugging work.Changing the installation route of shearer,loader,crusher and other equipment will increase the operation difficulty and construction intensity,and delay the limited construction period.In order to determine the appropriate installation and transportation route,it is necessary to carry out optimization analysis in advance.Huangling No.1 coal mine introduced multi-functional trackless rubber tyred vehicle in 2013,realizing trackless transportation and installation of equipment.After years of practical work,three sets of installation schemes are summarized for different working faces.Based on the analysis of the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme from the aspects of installation route and installation mode,it is considered that the detailed situation of the plane layout of the working face should be fully grasped at first,and the installation work should be planned as a whole,and at the same time,summary and innovation should be emphasized.
