辛置煤矿综采工作面调斜及末采工艺实践 被引量:1

摘要 综采工作面在正常推采期间,为确保少丢煤并有效保护采区系统巷道,必须在末采时使刮板输送机与停采线平齐,因此末采前必须对工作面调斜。以辛置煤矿东四采区10-422工作面为例,使用调斜工艺对工作面进行调斜施工,采取按比例插刀作业的方式逐渐调整工作面角度,配合单向割煤、推溜、拉架工艺,逐步实现回采刮板输送机与停采线平行后再推进,减少工作面无计划丢煤。末采完毕后,为保证钉道后轨道直角拐弯处运输大件物料时平缓拐弯,采用刷扩三角区的方式增加直角拐弯处轨道曲率半径,可以确保支架等大件设备回撤运输时在拐角处平缓通过,保证了支架等大件物料运输时可以顺畅通过工作面出口,极大降低了大件设备运输时掉道的可能性。 During the normal mining period,in order to ensure less coal loss and protect the mining area’s roadway,it is necessary to make the scraper conveyor level with the stop line during the final mining,so the inclined adjustment of the working face must be carried out before the final mining.Taking No.10-422 working face in Xinzhi coal mine as an example,the angle of working face is gradually adjusted by the way of proportional knife inserting operation and one-way coal cutting technology,so as to gradually realize that the scraper conveyor is parallel to the stop line and then advance,and reduce the unplanned coal loss of the working face.After the end mining,in order to ensure the smooth turning when transporting large materials,the method of brushing large triangle area is adopted to increase the track curvature radius at the right angle corner,so as to ensure that the hydraulic support and other large materials can pass through the exit of the working face smoothly and reduce the possibility of large equipment falling off during transportation.
