摘要
为制定合理的冲击地压防治措施,结合开滦集团公司唐山煤矿的具体事故案例,开展了具体探讨。在总结经验教训的基础上,重新布置开采布局,减少应力集中与叠加;降低开采强度,为防冲措施实施腾出了时间和空间;调整并优化采掘接续和开采顺序,避开采掘扰动影响;调整生产模式,减少采煤工作面同时开采数量。同时,采取区域监测、局部监测、应力在线监测法等进行冲击地压预测预报,并制定了煤层大直径钻孔卸压、煤层深孔爆破卸压等解危措施。分析认为,停采前150 m开始,需根据监测结果,适时合理调整工作面的推采速度。
In order to formulate reasonable prevention and control measures of rock burst,the case of rock burst accident in Tangshan coal mine is analyzed.Based on the experience and lessons,the paper puts forward the prevention and control measures of rock burst,such as rearranging mining layout to reduce stress concentration and superposition;reducing mining intensity to make time and space for implementation of anti-impact measures;optimizing mining succession and mining sequence to avoid the influence of mining disturbance;adjusting production mode to reduce the number of coal mining faces.At the same time,regional monitoring,local monitoring and stress on-line monitoring are adopted to predict rock burst,and measures such as large diameter boreholes and deep hole blasting in coal seam are implemented.According to the analysis,since 150 m before stopping mining,it is necessary to adjust the pushing mining speed of working face reasonably according to the monitoring results.
