Selecting the“first secretary”with high quality and strong ability to walk the grass-roots with the task list,and guide the standardization construction of the Party branch in a targeted way has become an important way for the Party building in the new era.In order to explore how to play the leading role of the“first secretary”in the high-quality development of coal mines,starting from the responsibilities of the“first secretary”,the process and path of target realization are discussed.Through the establishment of the assessment system,the foundation of the grass-roots party building work is strengthened,the professionalism of the whole political work team is enhanced,and the basis for the selection and appointment of cadres is also provided.
