摘要
ENK32/36-3型汽轮机前后轴承座与缸体为分体结构,依靠滑块调节缸体和转子的热胀冷缩,确保转子与内缸各部间隙,由于摩擦、振动等因素往往造成轴承座的磨损下沉,相应的造成汽封磨损、振动升高等现象,文章通过分析产生原因,提出解决办法和意见措施。
The front and rear bearing block of ENK32/36-3 steam turbine is a separate structure,which relies on the slider to regulate the thermal expansion and cold shrinkage of the cylinder block and rotor to ensure the gap between the rotor and the inner cylinder.Friction,vibration and other factors often lead to the wear and sinking of the bearing housing,resulting in steam seal wear,vibration increase and other phenomena.Through the analysis of the causes,this paper puts forward solutions and measures.
