航空发动机叶片表层除碳技术的研究 被引量:3

摘要 某型号航空用发动机涡轮叶片在工作后叶片涂层表面就会产生一层较难去掉的碳元素,这些积碳会降低叶片的维修品质并且增加相应的成本。文章针对常规的积碳消除工艺实施可行性研究,分别采用磨粒抛光法、光饰振动法进行相关试验,根据外观、尺寸和金相组织观测等相关结果,确定光饰振动法针对积碳的消除效果较好,且对产品品质无伤害,可以作为该部件表面涂层上消除积碳工艺手段投入到实际应用中。 The coating surface of a certain type of aero-engine turbine blade will produce a layer of carbon which is difficult to remove after work,and these carbon deposits will reduce the maintenance quality of the blade and increase the corresponding cost.In this paper,aiming at the feasibility study of conventional carbon deposition elimination process,abrasive polishing method and light decoration vibration method are used to carry out related experiments,according to the appearance,size and metallographic structure observation and other related results,it is determined that the light decoration vibration method has a good effect on the elimination of carbon deposition and has no harm to the product quality,so it can be put into practical application as a means to eliminate carbon deposition on the surface coating of this part.
