大型泥水平衡盾构机施工安全管理在实际工程中的应用

根据招投标文件,总承包商(单位)中标后,由子、分公司组建高水平施工队伍(依法可招标有法定资质优秀的劳务包公司、优秀的个体劳务组织和所在项目自招社会劳动力,依法监管等),按照最终通过法定程序审批的实施性施工组织、专项施工安全方案和安全技术交底,经过同意的开工报告,依据施工计划安排组织施工。在前期全部临建完成,人员到位。现以工程实例进行阐述大型特种设备泥水平衡盾构机掘进〔二台盾构机,单隧双线(即单洞双线)〕施工安全管理。

According to the bidding documents,after the general contractor(unit)wins the bid,the subsidiary and branch of a certain company shall set up a high-level construction team(they can invite tenders for labor package companies with excellent legal qualifications,excellent individual labor organizations and their projects to recruit their own social labor force,implement supervision,etc.in accordance with law)so as to arrange and organize the construction in accordance with implementation construction organization,special construction safety plan and safety technology disclosure which are finally approved by legal procedures through the agreed start-up report and according to the construction plan.All the temporary construction is completed in the early stage,and the personnel are in place.This paper expounds the construction safety management of large-scale special equipment mud-water balance shield machine tunneling(two shield machines,with single tunnel and double line)through exemplification from engineering practice.
