布袋式防暴动能弹冲击损伤模式研究进展 被引量:2

Study on impact injury patterns of bean bag anti-riot kinetic energy projectiles

摘要 布袋式防暴动能弹自诞生以来,在世界范围内被军警等执法部门广泛列装和使用,但因其使用而导致的过度冲击损伤案例频繁发生,为提高布袋式防暴动能弹安全服役水平,归纳了布袋弹丸所经历的片状、筒式和拖拽稳定型三个发展阶段,对其致损分布进行了统计分析,结合文献报道的冲击损伤案例,区分贯穿伤和非贯穿伤对损伤特性进行了综述,并给出了损伤救治的措施,从弹丸因素、生物体因素和冲击条件三个层面,提取了30个冲击损伤致因因素,并初步界定了因素属性,最后针对损伤致因给出了布袋式防暴动能弹的安全使用建议,研究结果可以为新型布袋弹的本质安全化设计提供指导,亦可为现役布袋弹的优化改进和安全服役提供决策支撑。 Since its birth,bean bag anti-riot kinetic energy projectile has been widely equipped and used by law enforcement departments such as military and police in the world.However,cases of excessive impact injuries due to its use frequently occur,in order to improve the safety service level of the bean bag anti-riot kinetic energy projectiles,the three development stages of fabric pillow,tube and drag stable were refined,and the damage distribution was statistically analyzed.Combined with the impact injuries cases,the characteristics of the penetrating and non-penetrating injuries were reviewed,and the injury treatment measures were given.From three aspects of projectile factor,organism factor and impact condition,30 causal factors of impact injury were extracted,and the factor attributes were preliminarily defined.Finally,suggestions for the safe use of the bean bag anti-riot kinetic energy projectiles were provided.The research results can provide guidance for the intrinsic safety design of new bean bag projectiles,and can also provide decision support for the optimization and improvement and safe service of the present bean bag projectiles.
