新冠疫情下的中韩关系及其发展前景

China and ROK:Evolving Relations in the COVID-2019 Crisis and Prospects

中韩两国既是友好近邻,也是彼此重要的战略伙伴。自1992年建交以来,两国关系总体上保持了良好而积极向上的发展势头。进入2020年,突发的新冠肺炎疫情尽管对两国都造成了巨大的冲击,给两国带来了痛苦和灾难,但客观上起到了为两国关系持续健康发展赋能的正面效果。两国携手共同抗疫,也为国际社会树立了跨国应对疫情的合作典范。后疫情时期,两国关系的发展尽管会面临这样那样的问题和挑战,但只要双方继续本着建交时的“初心”和以在疫情中得到强化的信任与情感纽带为基础,平等合作、互惠互利、共同发展,两国关系的前景必定会更加美好。

China and the Republic of Korea are good neighbors as well as strategic partners.Since the establishment of diplomatic relations in 1992,both countries have witnessed remarkable and substantial progress in bilateral relations over the years.Entering into 2020,the sudden outbreak of COVID-2019 pandemic,despite enormous casualties and destruction suffered by both countries,has actually instilled new vigor into the sustainable and healthy development of bilateral relations.Meanwhile,the fact that China and ROK offered help to each other during the pandemic has also set a prime example for the international community in combating against the COVID-2019 virus.In the post-pandemic era,predictably,new challenges and problems will keep arising in bilateral relations.Nevertheless,China and ROK will withstand the test and head toward a better future,so long as they can hold fast to their belief,uphold the spirit of equality and mutual benefit,and expand the mutual trust and affectional bonds that have been accumulated during the pandemic.
