新冠疫情下“中日韩+X”区域合作的机遇与挑战

Opportunities and Challenges for“China-Japan-ROK+X”Regional Cooperation in the Context of COVID-19

新冠肺炎疫情暴发以来,全球经济遭受了严重冲击,中日韩也面临着公共卫生安全危机和经济下行的巨大压力。除此之外,在疫情和经济低迷影响下,国际局势也变得更加复杂。暗流涌动中,厘清合作路径、加大合作力度以共克时艰是中日韩共同的利益诉求。中日韩交往合作由来已久,已形成了全方位的合作体系,取得了丰硕的合作成果。但合作也常年受双边关系影响,新的国际形势下如何促进中日韩之间开展更为深入、务实、有利于地区整体发展的合作仍然是个难题。此前中方曾提出“中日韩+X”模式作为中日韩之间新的合作尝试。在当前新冠肺炎疫情背景下,“中日韩+X”也面临新的机遇和挑战。

Since the outbreak of coronavirus,the global economy has suffered severely.China,Japan and ROK are also facing huge pressures from the public health security emergency and a sharply negative global economic growth.In addition,under such kind of circumstances,the international politics is bound to be affected profoundly and become more unpredictable.Hence,how to outline the path of cooperation and overcome difficulties together have become the common interests of China,Japan and ROK.The past two decades witnessed the communication and conflicts among China,Japan and ROK.Since the first Trilateral Summit,the cooperation among them has become more comprehensive and achieved fruitful results.However,cooperation is often affected by bilateral relations and went not so smoothly.under the new international situation,how to promote the trilateral cooperation to become a more in-depth,pragmatic one,and make it more conducive to the overall development of Asia region and the world remains a problem.The“Trilateral+X”model as a new attempt of cooperation is also facing new opportunities and challenges.
