韩国防疫模式的经验教训及借鉴

Experiences and Lessons of Epidemic Prevention Model in ROK

韩国是早期新冠疫情比较严重的几个国家之一。韩国在疫情防控方面所采用的政策与措施,在不少方面借鉴了其他国家的管控方法,然而其也结合本国实际,进行了灵活调整,为全球疫情管控提供了韩式防疫模式。本文首先描述了韩国疫情暴发前期,重在管控境外输入,对国内疫情传播管理不够严格,造成疫情突然大规模扩散等严重问题。其次阐述了疫情上升期,韩国紧急升级与完善疫情管控体系等主要应对策略。最后,分析了韩式防疫模式带给国际社会的若干借鉴与启示。

ROK was one of the serious COVID-19 epidemic areas.ROK in COVID-19 epidemic prevention and control policies and measures adopted by the government,in many aspects of learning control methods from other countries,however,combined with their own actual,flexible to change,for control the outbreak of the Korean epidemic model,the current epidemic situation of the country has been basically stable.This paper first describes ROK at the beginning of the outbreak,the emphasis on overseas input controls,the lack of strict management on domestic epidemic spread,causing outbreaks burst and other serious problems.Secondly expounds the epidemic rise,ROK's emergency upgrade and perfect the system of the control the outbreak of the main coping strategies.Finally,the paper analyzes the Korean epidemic model gives reference and enlightenment of the international community.
