With the rapid development of urbanization,the rural population gradually shifted to cities,which led to the development of urban economy.At the same time,the urban ground area gradually decreased.In order to meet the increasing demand of urban residents,the construction industry gradually extended into the air and underground.Under this background,the construction technology of deep foundation pit came into being,which is widely used in civil engineering because of its excellent stability.Therefore,this paper discusses the deep foundation pit technology in housing construction and its management technology.
