随着国家对基础设施的大力支持,公路及市政工程建设日益增加,施工总承包企业将承接大量公路或者市政工程,在市政或公路桥梁施工中预制箱梁施工是必不可少的施工工序,论文以成都地铁5号线预制箱梁施工为背景,介绍了预制箱梁的施工工艺、施工过程中的质量控制以及预制箱梁钢筋整体吊装时吊架的设置,为相似工程提供借鉴。

With the country's strong support for infrastructure,The construction general contractor will undertake a large number of highway or municipal engineering.In the municipal or highway bridge construction,precast box girder construction is an essential construction process.Based on the Chengdu Metro Line 5 precast box girder construction,this paper introduces the construction of precast box girder,the quality control in the construction process and the setting of hanger during the integral hoisting of prefabricated box girder reinforcement,so as to provide reference for similar projects.
