关于超大面积水磨石空鼓原因分析验证及防控

Analysis,Verification and Prevention of the Hollowing of Super Large Terrazzo

结合工程实际及工程施工特点,介绍超大面积水磨石施工工艺、质量缺陷原因以及试验论证过程,并结合现场施工经验,通过试验结果数据分析,确定水磨石施工质量控制的关键因素,形成质量防控要点,以此来减少或避免空鼓现象的发生,为工程顺利推进起到了关键作用,并为类似工程建设提供借鉴。

Combined with the engineering practice and engineering construction characteristics,this paper introduces the construction technology,quality defect reasons and test demonstration process of super large area terrazzo,and the construction experience on site is also combined.Through the data analysis of test results,the key factors for the quality control of the terrazzo construction were determined toform the quality prevention and control points,in order to reduce and avoid the occurrence of hollowing,which plays a key role in the smooth progress of the project and provides reference for similar projects.
